Welcome to my private Leominster house, a short walk from town with 2 free parking areas. Discover local attractions and live like a local with exclusive access to the entire house. The self-catering space is fully equipped for a perfect stay, and you'll have everything you need. Come make yourself at home!

CHECK IN - Self check-in lock box.
KITCHEN - Has everything to whip up a nice meal from utensils, oven, stove, microwave, fridge, toaster and kettle. With a dishwasher to put it all in to clean.
DINING ROOM - Equipped with dining table and chairs.
UTILITY ROOM - Downstairs containing a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
BEDROOM 1 - King size bed (2 person)
BEDROOM 2 - Double bed (2 person)
BEDROOM 3 - Single bed (1 person)
BED 4 - Foam pull out guest bed in the living room (1 person). If this bed is required please let us know at booking.
BATHROOM UPSTAIRS -Has a toilet, sink and a shower with a bath.
BATHROOM DOWNSTAIRS - Has a toilet and sink.
PARKING - 2 private off road spaces plus plenty of on road parking area. 1 parking space is a huge 7m (23ft) x 2.6m (8.5 ft). The second is a standard driveway off road parking space.
LIVING ROOM- This lovely home has a flat-screen TV with Netflix as the main station.
Towels and bed linen are featured.
CONSERVATORY - Comfortable seating to relax with double doors opening onto the back garden.
ENTRANCE- Large porch where you can hang your coats and leave your shoes. Dry off your wet clothes on rainy days. There is one external camera on the property.
Worcester is 22.4 miles from the home, while Hereford is 12.4 miles away. The nearest airport is Birmingham airport 63.9 miles. The train station is a 5 min drive or a 15 min walk.
House Rules:
- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Pets are allowed at the property for £10, maximum 2. Please clean up after them.
- No parties or events. Additional guests not booked staying are at £75 per night.
- Electric Car charging we currently cannot accommodate.
- Quiet time from 10pm.
- Please leave all rubbish in bins provided (green recycling , black to landfill) and cutlery cleaned through the dishwasher.
